“13 Reasons to Nashenets!”

It all began when I thought I was Don Juan (“Don Juan,” 1993). Soon after, with great excitement, I performed the Song of all Songs (“Song of Songs,” 1993). I met a mysterious lady who helped me step onto the big stage and meet countless audiences (“The Lady with the Little Dog,” 1996). To this day, I still don’t know how I found the courage to approach the New Testament (“The Gospel According to Matthew,” 1997). That helped me discover the man within myself! (“The Man Himself,” 1999). I dreamed that I woke up (“The Dream,” 2001). I woke up and suffered a concussion (“Concussion,” 2006)! From it, I learned much about both my ancestors and contemporary Bulgarian audiences (“Bulgarian Stories,” 2010). Later, I realized that I had imperceptibly turned into a ridiculous man who was once again dreaming (“The Dream of a Ridiculous Man,” 2014). I finally reached the truth! I am simply an artist, locked in the theatre after yet another performance, unable to step into reality (“Jubilee,” 2015). Then a black bird landed on the stage and once again carried me away on the wings of theatre (“The Black Bird,” 2016)! I played, I played, I played and arrived at (“Marius 50,” 2019). Now, I will seek the reasons in “Nashenets”!
